Changed your mind? No drama.

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Earrings can only be returned unopened, for hygiene reasons.
• Items received for free with Buy 2, Get 1 Free are refunded at the price actually paid.

How to start a return

Email hi@moderncrushstudio.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
